Power of Attorney\u00a0(Procura) is a legal document allowing the \u201cprincipal\u201d to bestow certain powers\/faculties to the \u201cAttorney\/Proxy\u201d,\u00a0\u00a0 to act on the principal\u2019s behalf.\u00a0This document states exactly the powers and the limits the principal gives to the attorney; when granted for specific tasks and limited powers for the Attorney this instrument is defined Limited Power of Attorney (Procura Speciale) .<\/p>\n
