We recently purchased our dream house in the south of Sardinia and this was entirely down to Alessandro’s excellent service. Everything seemed very straightforward in the beginning but you can never predict what will go wrong along the way – and Alessandro was able to find a way around every challenge – no matter how last minute it was! He was always quick to respond to requests, his communication skills are excellent, he is passionate about getting the best solution for his clients and in addition the fees were very reasonable too – especially when you consider that mistakes can be so costly when you’re buying a house in another country. Although it’s not compulsory to use the services of a solicitor in Italy, I would HIGHLY recommend that you do.
