If you’re considering taking the plunge and buying a place in Italy, I would recommend the services of Avv. Alessandro Clemente without hesitation or reservation. I successfully closed on a flat in Palermo with his help this afternoon (06.13.2019) and he was a tireless advocate for me in every step of the process. Buying a house anywhere is fairly complicated, and Italy is no exception.
